Acting, conferences and baseball

It has been a busy Spring, with no letting up in sight - but I love it that way. We had a Divine Cosmos conference in Seattle last month, and this coming weekend there's one in Denver. Two weeks later is our London Convergence. I love organizing, attending, speaking and performing at these conferences, and there are always such nice people who attend.

There have been a lot of acting opporunities lately - three amazing shows that TMI put on at the Shadowland Theater in Ellenville and just this past weekend at the Rosendale Theater, where we packed the place to standing room only. People really loved our show, and it has been a wonderful experience for all of us who performed. My acting class put on a night of improv and short theater pieces a couple weeks ago, and that was so much fun. Murder Cafe has begun rehearsing Recipe For Murder, which we will perform at a later date, and we will perform Death Valley Beauty Pageant again at the Rhinecliff Hotel on June 22.

And tomorrow night I'm going to my first Yankees game of this season - for the series starter against the Red Sox. I love the new stadium, and the game tomorrow night should be exciting. I'll be sitting with my friend David Winograd, who gets amazing seats directly behind home plate, up in the upper deck, so you get a great view of the whole field.

So a Yankees game tomorrow, teaching for DCC on Wednesday, then off to Denver on Thursday. I feel very lucky to have a full, exciting life.
